Lotus HD-SDI Surveillance System Lotus HD CCTV cameras use high definition serial interface (HD-SDI) technology which enables full 1080p resolution video surveillance using standard RG59 coaxial cable. Notably Lotus offers hybrid DVRs that can accommodate both types of HD and SD cameras on a single system.
LDVR-SD series DVR is a standalone HD digital video recorder that provides integrated solutions with HD-SDI and CVBS as well as that smart Central Management Software to manage DVRs with ease, and monitor DVR with 3G mobile phone or PDA phone. Equipped with easy-to-implement functions such as event alarm, email alarm notification, firmware update via internet, HDD error detection, and FTP file storage, make LDVR-SD user friendly and easy for integration surveillance solution.
There are some special considerations to be aware of when planning an HD-SDI surveillance system. These include cable type, cable distance, and compatibility with DVRs. Because HD video uses more bandwidth throughput than traditional standard-definition CCTV cameras, installers must use RG59 or better coax cable. Pre-made CCTV cables that are a thinner gauge than RG59 will not be able to transmit the video signal effectively. It is also recommended to use a high quality 95% or better copper cable. The effective distance that a video signal can transmit over RG59 cable is 100 meters without the use of an HD-SDI transmission repeater, which can extend the signal an additional 100 meters.  |

NVMS-1000 is a monitoring client which is specially designed to power network video surveillance for LHVR recorders. After the network video monitoring system is well built, the super administrator can control the video input signal devices, such as cameras, domes, PTZ, etc, to achieve live monitor, video record and backup by configuring the video parameters and viewing the live in the control panel. Users can choose the menu to control video surveillance system in the control panel.
